The property management division of Indianapolis’ Ambrose Property Group has entered into a partnership with DTZ. DTZ will manage a portfolio of office and retail properties of nearly 800,000 square feet in Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana.
The properties in Indianapolis include 500 North Meridian (436,000 square feet), Circle Tower (111,587), the 9106 and 9302 North Meridian Street (17,578 and 61,835) multi-tenant office buildings and the 13,000-square-foot retail strip center on the northeast corner of 49th and Pennsylvania streets.
In Carmel, DTZ will also manage the office buildings Green on Meridian I and II at 10291 and 10293 North Meridian street (53,093 square feet and 28,415 square feet) and Meridian Park One at 12220 N. Meridian St. (74,818).
