Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of 7201 S Constance Avenue, a 39-unit apartment property located in Chicago. The asset sold for $995,000.
Adam Fortino, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, and Anthony Hardy, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Anthony Hardy and Adam Fortino.
