Two new commercial spaces in the up-and-coming Fulton Market area received improvements.
In partnership with Convexity Properties, the former ground floor warehouse space located at 857 W. Fulton Market was redeveloped into two separate restaurant tenant spaces.
Victor Construction oversaw the improvements and renovations performed on these lease spaces including all new HVAC systems, plumbing and gas piping installation and all needed upgrades to the electrical systems, as well as repairs to the 100 year old plus structural system.
