Colliers International|Omaha arranged the investment sale of Vinton Square Shopping Center, a 103,323-square-foot retail center at 24th & Vinton streets in Omaha.
John Waldbaum and Jeffrey Wyatt represented the seller, an Omaha-based commercial real estate company. The unrepresented buyer was a Midwest-based private real estate investor.
Vinton Square Shopping Center, a five building property located in the east retail submarket of Omaha, is a SpartanNash grocery-anchored retail center that includes a mix of local and regional small-shop tenants. More than 60 percent of the current tenants have been at the center more than 20 years. Vinton Square was 97 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
