Colliers International Ann Arbor has sold two buildings in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. The properties are located at 307 – 311 N. Main St., which was formerly home to the Ann Arbor Credit Bureau.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented both the seller, the Barden family, and the purchaser, Wickfield Properties, in the transaction.
Chaconas and Cavender also represented the Ann Arbor Credit Bureau in the purchase of its new building, which is located at 2090 S. Main St. in downtown Ann Arbor.
