Marcus & Millichap has announced that a 5,829-square foot net-leased Applebee’s property located in East Peoria, Illinois has sold for $2,560,645.
Applebee’s is located at 900 Riverside Drive. The property was completely renovated in 2015 and features the new Applebee’s concept in both the interior and exterior of the site.
Matthew Wenger and Dominic Sulo, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Dominic Sulo and Matthew Wenger.
