Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, and Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, secured the $1.06 million cash-out refinance of a 43,200-square-foot industrial property at 1131 Victory Place Drive in Hebron, Kentucky.
The long-term, fixed rate, non-recourse transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 20-year amortization schedule.
