CenterPoint Properties celebrated the grand opening of International Transload Logistics, Inc.’s (ITL) new 303,061-square-foot facility within the CenterPoint Intermodal Center (CIC) in Joliet, Illinois.
ITL specializes in domestic and international logistics and full service warehousing and has been a CenterPoint tenant since 2010. Previously a tenant in Elwood, ITL moved to CIC – Joliet to accommodate its growing business and operations.
The state-of-the-art building is located in the heart of the park, less than one mile from the Union Pacific Joliet Intermodal Terminal, in close proximity to the BNSF Logistics Park Chicago and immediate access to I-55 and I-80. The building is part of a 485,476 SF facility and includes 42 dock doors (expandable), 97 truck parking positions, and dual access to CIC – Joliet’s private road.–
