NAI Everest has closed the sale of a luxury 60-unit boutique apartment building in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis.
The asset, located at 3021 Holmes Avenue South, is just one-and-a-half blocks from the intersection of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue.
The apartment building was acquired by The Laramar Group, a Chicago-based owner and manager of multifamily properties for $15.675 million, or $261,250 per unit.
