More than 175 industry professionals gathered for NAIOP Chicago‘s February breakfast meeting, “A View from the Top:  Where We’re Headed in the Industrial and Office Markets,” at Riverway Auditorium in Rosemont.

The candid and engaging conversation moderated by NAIOP member, Jack Durburg, Global President-Brokerage Services at CBRE, provided participants with market conditions, analysis, and forecasts.

Panelists, Jim Connor, President and Chief Executive Officer with Duke Realty Corporation, and Casey Wold, Managing Partner and CEO with Vanderbilt Partners, agreed that “… sometime in 2017 or 2018, things could get hairy.”  Read a summary of the discussion at www.naiopchicago.org
