Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC‘s latest acquisition of Town Square shopping center in Schererville, Indiana, for $23 million marks a new milestone for the Northbrook, Illinois-based firm.
The 138,571-square-foot shopping center anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond and TJ Maxx, is the company’s 90th acquisition since 1995.
The shopping center, built in 2001, sits at the intersection of Main Street and the area’s main traffic artery Highway 41 (Indianapolis Boulevard). Tenants include Old Navy and Shoe Carnival.
The acquisition was brokered by HFF. Financing was provided by Wells Fargo.
