Lifetronics has purchased a 99,200-square-foot industrial property located on a 4.8-acre land at 6969 West 73rd Street in Bedford Park.
The owner originally purchased the asset from Venture One who had obtained a Class 6b incentive for the property. The former tenant, Owens Corning, moved out of the property in early March.
Lifetronics, a manufacturer of a variety of lighting products, will be moving to the building from its existing location in Harvey.
Larry Much, executive vice president, Ben Cremer, senior vice president, and Michael Robbins, vice president, with NAI Hiffman‘s Industrial Services group, represented ownership in the sale. Walter Murphy with Lee & Associates represented Lifetronics in the acquisition.
