Darwin Realty completed a new lease on a 58,627-square-foot warehouse and office space for Porreca Freight at 1850 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Porreca Freight, a company that provides full local pickup and delivery services throughout the Chicago area, is expanding its warehouse and office.
They selected the free-standing building because of its high velocity loading capacity in the heart of the O’Hare market, 11 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, 16′ foot ceiling clear heights and ample parking.
Darwin Realty’s President Richard G. Daly represented the tenant in the transaction. Colliers International‘s Jonathan Kohn and Tom Rodeno represented the landlord in the transaction.
