NAI Wisinski brokers Bill Tyson and Todd Leinberger represented Mitul Patel in the sale of 4834 Town Center (Lot B) to Grand Hospitality Management. Grand intends to build a Marriot Hotel on the 2.76-acre parcel.
Both properties sit on the east side of Broadmoor Avenue between 52nd and 60th Streets, near the emerging Switch campus at the former Steelcase Pyramid.
DAR Development’s Dave Denton represented Grand Hospitality Management with both acquisitions.
Construction of both hotels is anticipated to begin in 2017.
