Bonnie Horning, administrative assistant at R.A. Smith National in Brookfield, Wis., has obtained her Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
IAAP recognizes professional growth and lifelong learning through certification. Within the administrative profession, the IAAP CAP certification is the only professional certification recognized that includes all aspects of the office environment.
At R.A. Smith National, Horning’s responsibilities include technical editing, quality control, software training, document workflow management, in-house training coordination and company event assistance.
Horning has been with R.A. Smith National for nine years. She has more than 20 years of experience in the administrative profession.
