Amenities include 10-foot finished ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank flooring in living areas, Florense cabinetry, Wolf and Miele appliances, in addition to quartz or natural stone countertops. All residences include private elevator access. Additional amenities, inculde a landscaped sundeck, outdoor hydrotherapy pool and spa, clubhouse lounge with a full kitchen and flat-screen TV, movie screening room, fitness center, first-floor retail, 24-hour doorman and private garage parking.

4 East Elm is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Sustainable features include an extensive vegetated green roof, as well as the use of recycled materials, regional and low-emitting materials, and high-efficiency plumbing fixtures

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with Chicago-based Convexity Properties and architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz to complete the project.
