Tread Property Services, LLC recently purchased Greeneleigh Village, a 108-unit mobile home community located in Midway, Tennessee.
American Patriot Bank sold the asset for $2 million, or $18,51- per-door, after receiving multiple bids. The purchase of Greeneleigh Village marked Tread Property Services’ third mobile home park purchase in the southeast as they were drawn to the property’s immediate upside opportunities.
Kevan Enger and Bryan Sharp of Capstone Manufactured Housing represented the seller in the transaction.
