Overland Park, Kansas-based commercial real estate development firm Henzlik Real Estate Companies, founded by Doug Henzlik, recently announced a pair of major changes.
First, Jeff Berg has joined the firm as partner. He brings more than 30 years of experience in acquiring, developing and marketing properties.
Henzlik and Berg, together with investment sales specialist Johnny Lefko and retail sales and leasing specialist Coleby Henzlik, are also launching Elevate Property Advisors, a commercial brokerage company.
Lefko focuses on the sale of investment properties, and has closed more than $100 million in transactions during the last two years. Coleby Henzlik has leased and sold some of the most notable projects in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Henzlik Real Estate Companies will continue its core focus on investing in and developing commercial projects throughout the Midwest.
Elevate will work in conjunction with its affiliated development company to provide transactional and consulting services for reatilers and third-party commercial property owners and investors.
