Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has been been retained by the owner to sell the Pick ‘n Save Center, a 100-percent leased grocery-anchored shopping center in the Milwaukee suburb or Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
The center is located in the Mayfair regional trade area, less than one mile south of Mayfair Mall, the top-performing enclosed mall in the state of Wisconsin.
The Mayfair regional trade area nas nearly 3.5 million square feet of retail space.
