ML Realty Partners has completed 479,249 square feet in recent Chicagoland lease transactions. The leases were in Chicago, as well as suburban sites Des Plaines, Lockport and Skokie, Illinois.
Ferguson Enterprises LLC has renewed their lease for 112,000 square feet at 3509 W. Addison Street in Chicago while United Trading, Inc signed a new lease for 33,599 square feet at 201 W. Oakton Avenue in Des Plaines. Renewal By Andersen LLC has signed a new lease for 23,710 square feet at Heritage Crossing, located at 14503 S. Gougar Road in Lockport and Generation Brands LLC renewed their lease for 309,940 square feet at 7300, 7350 and 7400 Linder Avenue in Skokie.
