JLL represented ownership and Newmark Knight Frank the tenant as digital marketing agency Logical Position took a full-floor office lease at The Reserve at Deer Park, located at 21440 W. Lake Cook Road in Deer Park, Illinois. Logical Position will occupy the entire seventh floor, totaling nearly 43,000 of the building’s 351,425 square feet.
JLL’s senior vice president, Rick Benoy, executive vice president, Doug Shehan, and associate, Erica Rogers, led the deal on behalf of 90 North Real Estate Partners and Arzan Wealth. Logical Position was represented by Newmark Knight Frank managing director Matthew Frazee, senior managing director Paul Buckingham and managing director Brian Reaney.
