Mishawaka, Indiana-based NAI Cressy, the brokerage division of Cressy Commercial Real Estate, has acquired the majority ownership in Indianapolis-based NAI Meridian. The merger of these two NAI Global affiliates will create a full-service commercial real estate platform serving the vast majority of Indiana and Southwest Michigan with offices in Indianapolis, South Bend and Mishawaka.

The Indianapolis Office will continue to be operated by Jeff Harris as president and principal with the addition of full-service property management, asset management and maintenance capabilities to an already successful firm.

“This acquisition allows both companies to leverage their service lines and to rapidly capitalize on growth opportunities,” said Harris in a statement. “It combines two firms with decades of experience into one client-focused company. We are excited to be part of the Cressy organization and the opportunities it will afford us.”

Cressy Commercial Real Estate CEO, Chris Fielding said, “The merger of these two great firms will allow us to expand our services without compromise of our core values.”
