Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) has named John Francoeur as senior vice president and chief financial officer for its family of companies. Francoeur is responsible for all areas of finance, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, profitability reporting and the implementation and monitoring of controls across the organization.
A Certified Public Accountant, his previous experience includes chief accounting officer at MB Financial Bank where he managed a group of 40 people for a public bank with $20 billion in assets. He has also been a senior audit manager in financial institutions at KPMG, and a financial analyst at JPMorgan Chase. Francoeur earned his B.A. at Indiana University in Bloomington in 1994 and attended the University of Chicago Executive Program for Prospective CFOs in 2014.
