Lee & Associates has closed two industrial transactions in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The first was the sale of a 24,350-square-foot industrial building located at 1180 Pratt Boulevard. Chris Nelson, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Prologis. Hiloh Izumo of Paine Wetzel represented the buyer, Pisco USA, a pneumatic equipment manufacturing company.
The second was the lease of a 34,455-square-foot industrial suite in an 82,529-square-foot industrial building located at 2101 Arthur Avenue, leaving 48,074 square feet (divisible to 21,080 square feet) still available. Michael Plumb, principal, and Brad Simousek, vice president, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner. Adam Schneiderman of Strauss Realty represented the tenant, CenterPoint Marketing, an exhibit design, fabrication and trade show company.
