The Mental Healthy & Wellness Collective—a mental health case management company working primarily with military and senior communities—has signed a lease for 1,483 square feet at 6090 Surety Drive in El Paso, Texas. André Rocha with CBRE in El Paso represented the landlord, Sixty Ninety, LP, in this lease.
