Reuter Walton Development, a Minneapolis-based real estate developer, and Northwestern Mutual, one of the nation’s largest real estate investors, are slated to welcome residents to the new luxury apartment community, The Asher, in October of this year. The 220,000-square-foot community in Minneapolis features 175 units.

Located in the center of West Lake and Lagoon at 1125 Lagoon Ave., The Asher’s location provides easy access to local destinations, including the Greenway Trail, Uptown, the Chain of Lakes and neighborhood restaurants and shops.

With studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments available, each unit features contemporary interiors and smart-tech features, including two-toned cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, herringbone backsplash in the kitchen, in-unit laundry, private entrances, premium flooring and walk-up patios. Residents will also have access to private balconies in select units and entry to an outdoor terrace leading to the year-round temperature-controlled pool.

Residents of The Asher will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a rooftop deck with grilling station, a 24-hour tech-focused fitness center, club room, on-site pet washing, coworking stations, and a bike and hobby lounge. The community also features eco-friendly amenity spaces that are solar powered.

The rental-based Tiffany Springs includes 37 memory care, 52 assisted living and 175 independent living residential apartment homes. Each one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom residence features high-end appliances, upscale finishes, high ceilings, balconies and large windows. The range of residential options are designed to meet the diverse lifestyle preferences of every senior who lives at Tiffany Springs.
