The Barry Company brokered the sale of 228 acres of vacant land in Franklin, Wisconsin, to Franklin Public Schools.
The Archdiocese of Milwaukee was the seller. The land will serve as future academic buildings and athletic fields for the public schools.
Kevin Barry of Barry Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. John Kuhn and David Tiege from Boerke Co. represented the buyer, Franklin Public Schools.
