Cushman & Wakefield sold a 256-unit multifamily property in Indianapolis earlier this month.
The sale closed Aug. 3. Geroge Tikijian, Hannah Ott and John Baker of Cushman & Wakefield closed the sale.
The apartment property, Beechmill, was built in 1981.
