Ace Pickleball Club, an operator of indoor pickleball clubs, has partnered with CBRE for the expansion of Ace Pickleball Clubs in multi-market locations across the US.
As part of its expansion into new markets CBRE will deliver real estate services through an extensive platform of close relationships on national, regional and local levels in US markets.
CBRE’s Nena Mass and Keelan Twitty have been a trusted advisor for APC since the company’s founding in early 2023. They work closely with Jay Diederich (APC CEO) and Madison Walsh (APC Real Estate Manager) throughout the US for new market searches. The relationship with CEO, Jay Diederich, initiated over a decade ago when working together in a previous capacity transacting over 200 big box retail and flex spaces.
Ace Pickleball Club is currently on the map with 13 clubs open and operating. Additionally, more than 20 new locations across the country will open in 2025. Ace Pickleball Club has scheduled six locations to open within the next three months across six states.

Indicative of APC’s rapid growth, the company will have 35 clubs open by the end of 2025, growing to more than 75 clubs by the end of 2026 in markets across the country.
