Reed Construction has completed a build-out at 211 East Chicago in Chicago on behalf of the American Dental Association (ADA). The new location will accommodate a recording studio for the non-profit from which to produce educational and promotional videos.
The build-out will feature a procedure room to record dental procedures, a green screen room, changing room and production area. The new 2,500 square foot space will be constructed with sound-reducing drywall, open ceilings sprayed with noise reducing fire proofing and the lighting necessary for filming.
Reed Construction’s Bryan Kreuger, project executive and Steve Sandquist, project manager are leading the construction team on the ADA project. Whitney Architects, Inc. provided the architectural services. Cushman Wakefield served as the owner’s representative.
