Adelphia Properties arranged the sale of a newly constructed, retail building located at 12750 S. Route 59 in Plainfield, Illinois.
The retail center sold for $2.6 million and is a 5,550-square-feet retail building. Potbelly & T-Mobile are the current tenants and there is one vacant space.
Adelphia’s George Spirrison and Simeon Spirrison represented a private investor in the transaction.
