The SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC team has announced two new associate advisors, Jenna Blanchfield and Brad Weidman, are joining the Akron, Ohio-based corporate office.
Blanchfield specializes in investment properties, land development, office spaces and sales and leasing on the SVN team. With a background in title insurance and strong relationship building, she brings a wealth of knowledge in business operations and integrated technology solutions.
Weidman specializes in industries including hospitality, retail, office, industrial, land, investments, sales and leasing at SVN. As a sales manager of a large media group, he brings a background of marketing strategies and a belief in strong collaboration with the SVN team, as well as the owners and buyers he works with across both commercial property sale and leasing situations.
Weidman is also a member of the SVN Hospitality Council, Holmes County Chamber, Ohio Travel Association, Stark County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Destination Cleveland, VisitPITTSBURGH, Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau, and a Board Member for Adventures in Northeast Ohio.
As members of the SVN Office Council, both Blanchfield and Weidman connect and share expertise with colleagues who work within similar property sectors. Each Council is led by a senior-level Advisor with a proven record of success, hands-on experience, and superior knowledge within his or her asset class.
