Al. Neyer has hired Amy Reddy as the company’s first-ever vice president of talent, aligning her experience in employee and employer services to support the firm’s attraction and growth across its footprint, including Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Nashville and Raleigh.
Reddy has more than 20 years of human resources experience, having developed strategy initiatives and created solution-driven processes for talent acquisition. Most recently as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Development at Family RV Group, she guided the company through reorganizing the hiring process, Covid-19 challenges and protocol creation and a company acquisition.
Reddy was previously the vice president of customer experience and employer solutions at TruSense LLC and tenured a 17-year stint at RACO Industries. Reddy holds a BA in personnel and industrial relations from the University of Cincinnati.
The creation of this new leadership position comes at an explosive time of growth for Al. Neyer. In 2021 alone, the company has hired 13 employee-owners bringing the total number of employee-owners to 114.
