Al. Neyer is developing, designing and building a two-building, 411,150-square-foot rear-load, speculative project in Lebanon, Tennessee.
This will be the first Nashville-area project funded by Al. Neyer’s inaugural private equity real estate investment fund, Al. Neyer Industrial Fund I, LLC, raised earlier this year.
Building I, 179,950 square feet, and Building II, 235,200 square feet, will be built simultaneously on a 38-acre site in Wilson County. Al. Neyer will serve as the developer and design-builder.
Located directly behind Pilot Travel Center, Alligood Industrial will be located near the intersection of Murfreesboro Road and Alligood Way.
By the end of 2021, Al. Neyer will be actively building 1.6 million square feet in Lebanon, along with 1.75 million square feet of completed projects in the city. The developer and design-build firm has 3.3 million total square feet in its pipeline for upcoming multifamily, medical office and industrial properties in the Greater Nashville area.
