Cincinnati-based Developer Al. Neyer has begun work on a $5 million expansion for Peter Cremer North America, an international oleochemicals company.
Al. Neyer, which has a specialty in industrial development, will design and build 50,000 square feet of warehouse, lab, manufacturing and office space for Peter Cremer in the Sedamsville neighborhood of Cincinnati.
Al. Neyer expects the expansion to be complete by the end of 2013. Following its completion, Peter Cremer plans to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified standards on the facility.
“Our design-build process will keep this project on track and on budget,” said Matt Blankenship, Al. Neyer vice president of operations, design-build, in a written statement.
Peter Cremer secured the nine-acre property from the city of Cincinnati with property tax abatement for improvements at the LEED facility.
