Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International has once again completed the sale of a bank-owned REO property. On behalf of American Bank & Trust Co. in Geneva, Podolsky Northstar has sold 27W021 St. Charles Road in Carol Stream.
A high volume contractor’s yard on 2.88 acres, the property included two buildings totaling approximately 6,000 square feet: one containing front offices and a shop, the other a truck repair and storage facility. A private party acquired the property. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Randy D. Podolsky, SIOR, managing principal and Adam J. Tarantur, senior vice president represented American Bank & Trust Co. in the transaction. Steve Butkus of Guerard, Kalin & Butkus provided legal representation to the seller.
