Next Realty has announced the addition of Amy Levin to director of leasing. In this role, Levin will oversee the leasing of Next Realty’s 25 retail property portfolio, fostering key relationships directly with retail brokers and tenants. She will also be responsible for market research and property due diligence.
Prior to Next Realty, Levin worked as a senior leasing representative for GK Development where she handled the marketing and leasing of multiple strip centers and shopping malls totaling more than 1.5 million square feet throughout the Midwest. She secured deals with major national, regional and local retailer tenants resulting in more than $50 million in revenue.
Levin earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Women in Retail Leasing Group.
