Amy Lind joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services group

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Amy Lind has joined the firm as managing director in Asset Services.

She will be responsible for growing and managing the firm’s Asset Services business in Chicago, currently consisting of more than 37 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. She will also focus on enhancing the client experience, recruiting top industry professionals, team engagement, cultivating best practices, and executing consistent processes and procedures across the portfolio.

Lind has 16 years of commercial real estate experience, including significant involvement with both asset and property management of Chicago CBD office properties.

She joins Cushman & Wakefield from Transwestern, formally senior vice president leading the firm’s Midwest property management group, responsible for its 19 million square foot portfolio.
