Stream Realty Partners announced that Apex Systems will relocate its Chicago office from 600 W. Chicago Ave. to 448 N. LaSalle Drive, signing a long-term lease for the entire top floor of the boutique office building totaling 15,378 square feet.
Designed by LJC Design & Engineering, the premier and highly efficient 12-story building totals 174,599 square feet and represents a modern addition to Chicago’s River North submarket. The move marks a long-term commitment to the neighborhood and positions the technology and professional services firm in a trophy asset delivered in 2021. The building is owned by National Real Estate Advisors, which holds the property debt-free and has committed—and continues to invest—significant capital, demonstrated by recently delivering 32,000 square feet of furnished spec suites on floors 4 and 7.
