ARCO National Construction opened its newest office in Omaha, Nebraska.
ARCO National Construction’s Omaha division will support new and existing regional clientele, as well as national clients throughout Omaha and Greater Nebraska.
Located at 11717 Nicholas Street, Suite 110, Omaha, NE 68154, the new office is positioned to leverage Omaha’s prime location as a growing economic hub with a strong industrial market.
ARCO has diverse industry experience throughout Nebraska, including distribution, cold storage, manufacturing, self-storage, entertainment projects, and more. Most recently, ARCO completed a significant cold storage expansion project for repeat client Performance Food Group in Omaha, reinforcing its expertise in the sector. Additionally, ARCO has national experience across nearly all industry types, including light industrial, commercial/office, multifamily, pharmaceutical, cannabis, and science and technology.
The Omaha office will be led by ARCO executives Matt White and Sam Stahnke, who collectively bring decades of experience and expertise to the region, reinforcing ARCO’s long-term commitment to the Midwest. Additionally, Scott Brown will oversee operations and Chris Bryans will lead business development efforts.
