Associate Lauren Yonkoski has joined the Chicago office of law firm Armstrong Teasdale.
Yonkoski focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with experience managing product liability, commercial and insurance cases in courts across the country.
She has assisted clients with complex commercial litigation disputes, including contract disputes and antitrust matters. She has also assisted clients with responding to civil investigative demand letters, responding to subpoenas for documents, and handling disputes with disgruntled employees, including resolution of a case for a client whose disgruntled employee stole company IP when terminated. She also drafts deposition outlines, coordinates with court reporters and opposing counsel, and has experience second-chairing depositions.
Yonkoski also has experience supervising local counsel, paralegals, support staff and junior associates.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Yonkoski was an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
