Armstrong Teasdale adds associates in St. Louis, Chicago offices

Armstrong Teasdale has added associates Robert J. Crawford, Zachary W. Langrehr and Andrea M. Sciarratta to its St. Louis and Chicago offices. 

Crawford joins the litigation practice group in Chicago, representing clients in a variety of disputes. He has extensive experience drafting motions for federal court, deposition and cross-examination memoranda, conducting in-depth legal research and document review, and consulting with subject matter experts.

Langrehr, who joins the corporate services practice group in St. Louis, concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and business representation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, entity formation and structuring, and corporate governance. He also has experience with litigation, real estate, estate planning and other matters. In addition, Langrehr has a background in accounting.

Sciarratta joins the firm’s St. Louis office and focuses her practice on asbestos litigation. She also has experience defending premises owners, manufacturers, transportation companies and other businesses in a variety of toxic tort and general liability matters. She draws on a broad litigation background spanning asbestos exposure and other toxic torts, premises liability, professional liability, transportation law and other insurance defense matters.
