Arthur J. Rogers & Co. has brokered the sale of the Old Dominion Freight Terminal in Forest View, Ill. The sale was valued at $8,775,000.
Located at 5500 W. 47th Street in Forest View, the 134-dock door freight terminal is situated on 14 acres. The property was purchased from Finch & Barry Realty by North American Terminals as an investment property. Mark Baumhart of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the purchaser and John Suerth of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the negotiations.
