Associated Bank announced the promotion of Lisa Cunningham to the role of senior regional manager for Commercial Real Estate’s regional offices. She oversees the regional teams that develop and manage real estate and banking relationships serving the needs of real estate developers, investors, owners and operators throughout the Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Texas areas.
With more than 25 years of banking experience, Cunningham has been a member of the Associated Bank Commercial Real Estate team since 2015. Previously, she held the position of market manager for the Midwest Region at JP Morgan Chase. She is located at 525 W. Monroe Street in Chicago.
Cunningham holds a bachelor of science degree in business marketing from Indiana University. She also is a member of several industry groups, including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). She previously served on the board of directors for City Year Chicago, the board of advisors for Chicago Communities in Schools, and the advisory council for Goldie B. Wolf Mentorship Scholars Program for Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett School of Real Estate.
