On behalf of a Chicago based real estate investment company, JLL has completed the sale of a single-tenant, net-leased Walgreens store in Aurora, Ill., to a 1031 exchange buyer based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The sale price was approximately $6.6 million. The property, which is located at 22 N Constitution Ave., totals 14,820 square feet and is subject to a long-term triple net lease and features multiple renewal options.
