Avison Young announced has secured the exclusive sale listing for a 118,833-square-foot two-building industrial portfolio in Nashville, Tennessee.
The warehouse buildings, located at 5270 Harding Place and 5207 Linbar Drive, are fully leased and within two miles of Nashville International Airport.
Avison Young Principals Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, who are both based in the firm’s Chicago office and members of the company’s national industrial capital markets group, are working in conjunction with Nashville-based Avison Young Principal Sue Earnest to market and sell the portfolio. Avison Young is representing the seller, Pinchal & Co., a Houston-based investment firm.
The warehouse located at 5270 Harding Place is within the Airpark Business Center, near the intersections of I-40 and I-24, and has 122 parking spaces. The warehouse located at 5207 Linbar Drive is within Haywood Oaks, adjacent to I-24, and has 124 parking spaces.
The portfolio is in the Southeast submarket, which continues to record strong activity, with 1.2 msf of new construction underway and 330,000 sf of positive absorption through the second quarter of 2017.
