Avison Young has opened a new office in Minneapolis. This continues the company’s steady growth: During the last six years, Avison Young has grown from 11 offices to 64 in 56 markets.
Mark Evenson has been named a principal of Avison Young and will be managing director of the Minneapolis office. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently serving as
managing director of DTZ in Minneapolis.
Tom Hoffman joins Avision Young as senior vice president, while Kate Gillette will serve as a vice president. Hoffman formerly worked at Victory Tenant Partners, while Gillette previously worked with Evenson at DTZ.
