St. Louis Park, Minn., development firm Bader Development held its ground-breaking celebration for multi-family development MartinBlu in Eden Prairie, Minn.
MartinBlu is being co-developed by Scott Carlston of Hunter Emerson, constructed by Stonebridge Companies and will be leased and managed by Steven Scott Management.
The development will feature 192 apartments ranging from studios to two-plus-bedroom apartments and will feature upscale finishes and an extensive amenity package. Apartments will start pre-leasing in May of 2014 and be ready for residency in October of 2014.
