David Levy, partner with Omaha-based law firm Baird Holm, has been named the firm’s chairman of its newly organized real estate section.
Baird Holm has specialized in real estate law matters for decades and recently added Jude Beller to the real estate section. Jon Blumenthal, P. Scott Dye, John Heil and Ben Klocke are members of the Section along with Beller and Levy.
In addition, Jackie Pueppke and Larry Kritenbrink actively work in the real estate area.
“I’m honored and excited to take a leadership role with this group of attorneys,” said Levy. “Our real estate practice has historically been very strong, and the attorneys in the section have broad experience and deep expertise. A distinct real estate section provides a vehicle to coordinate our efforts so that in the end, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.”
