CBRE has announced the leasing of 30,000 square feet at 1700 S. Butterfield Road in Mundelein by Barnett Capital to Pet Factory Inc.
1700 South Butterfield has 60,000 square feet total space with 20-foot clear height and 2,312 square feet of office space all of which is now leased. The 3.06 acre site is situated at Butterfield Road and Route 60.
Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Barnett Capital, and Steve Sullivan of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Pet Factory Inc.
